Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are binding. Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the start. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee of €200 will be charged for occupying the field. You can easily cancel via the link in your confirmation email.

2. Payment

Payment is made on site via cash, Payconiq, or Wero (banking app), or in advance by bank transfer. Please inform your group about the payment options.

3. Groups & Minimum Participation

Paintball requires a minimum of 10 participants. Groups smaller than 10 will be charged as 10. For Airsoft, Archery Tag, Kids Paintball, and Lasershooting, the minimum is 8 participants.

4. Own Equipment

Own paintballs are not permitted. All necessary materials are provided by us. Own markers, replicas and masks are allowed. Masks must meet our safety standards and be approved by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse any equipment that does not meet these standards.

5. Changes in Number of Participants

Adding or dropping participants does not need to be reported unless it involves 5 or more people.

6. Age Requirements

The minimum age varies per activity:

• Kids Paintball: from 8 years old.
• Lasershooting: from 8 years old.
• Archery Tag: from 12 years old.
• Paintball: from 16 years old independently. Between 12 and 16 years old only with accompaniment of a parent or guardian who also participates.
• Airsoft: from 16 years old independently. Between 14 and 16 years old only with accompaniment of a parent or guardian. Participants under 18 are required to wear a full face mask.

7. Alcoholic Beverages

For safety reasons, it is prohibited to bring or consume alcoholic beverages before or during activities. Participants who are under the influence will not be allowed on the premises.

8. Liability

Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Paintball Arena BV is not liable for any accidents or theft of personal belongings.

9. House Rules & Game Rules

All games are played under the expert guidance of our marshalls. Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times. Misconduct may result in denied access without refund.

• Shooting outside the playing field is not allowed.
• Shooting at each other within a 5-meter radius is not allowed.
• Every participant is required to wear their protective mask at all times in the shooting zones.
• In case of heavy rainfall, activities with electronic guns (lasershooting) may be cancelled.
